Ukraine - one of the greatest states in East Europe with capital - city of Kiev (population more than 3 millions people). In 1991 after disintegration of the Soviet Union Ukraine, as the former republic ex-USSR became the new independent state. 3. The representative requests of the interested man the following documents: the passport and certificate on formation(education) with the specified estimations about progress.
4. The exact colour copies of the following pages of the documents are necessary to us:
   • Copy of the first page of the passport document with the indication of a complete name, date of birth, number of the passport document, citizenship, city of constant residing.
   • Copy of the document about education.
5. These documents should be scanned by the colour scanner with resolution 300 dpi. After that the appropriate files in a format JPG should be created. These files should be packed by the program by the archiver WinZip or WinRar are broken on a part by the size on 100 ÊÁ and are sent on ours e-mail the address.
6. We give these documents in an educational institution, which makes a decision on an opportunity or impossibility of training of the student. If the question is decided(solved) positively - we receive in an educational institution the invitation for the foreign citizen for arrival in Ukraine. Actually invitation for arrival in Ukraine is confirmation and readiness of an educational institution to accept on training of the student.
7. We inform our representative that a concrete name of the foreign citizen the call for arrival in Ukraine is given.
8. Our partner receives from the citizen the advance payment of our services and transfer to us on Ukraine money at a rate of USD 300 for each citizen. Money should be transferred through payment system Western Union.
9. After reception of money, we send to our partner by mail a call, which will be the basis for reception of the visa for completely legal arrival of the citizen in Ukraine.
10. After reception of the visa in the Ukrainian embassy the foreign citizen comes on Ukraine to an educational institution, where to him there is all support (registration, registration of the documents, etc).
11. The registration of all subsequent documents in Ukraine is idle time formality, which are carried out in the educational institution.
